Are there any tools to make our own music as standalone additions for Skyrim? I really like a few of the songs from Oblivion and would love to drop them into Skyrim

I could not for the life of me get original audio to work whatsoever, and I believe the actual music track mechanic is broken in the Creation Kit as of 1.6, though music inserted as wavs in Skyrim's (very picky and uncooperative that I can't get to work) specific wav formatting would work.
