Where is the shop, the White Phial?

All,

I cant find the store the White Phial in Windhelm. I've looked around, and I have seen other shops, but I just cant find it. Which direction is it, or what other major landmarks in the city is it near?

Its behind one of the vendor's stalls in the marketplace. Forgot which one though.

What marketplace? Thats what I mean. All the online pages like UESP etc say marketplace but I dont know what they even mean. Is that over where the curiosity shop is?

Next door to the blacksmith and a bunch of shop stands infront of the store. Located on the South-Western corner of Windhelm, near the walls.
