Where is the Werebear in Skyrim? : V

I know he's in the northwest, But any Specific Locations?

The only werebear I have seen was the one I summoned.

Not that named one, but I've encountered random ones up North and up high, usually in small packs of 2-3.
Hint:

Spoiler

If you see a pack of 2-3 bears chances are good they're werebears,
just not in werebear form at that moment.
Check the bear's name when looting the corpse.
