I want to change my guys hair and give him a beard, like he has grown it out and aged, but i cant find the barber anywhere! Did they forget to add one in, or am i just looking in the wrong place?

Edit: Sorry, I should have at least mentioned that you can get access to an appearance changer but it is quest related so I used spoiler tags. It's not a huge spoiler but it still is a little.

There's one in the same building as The King in Freeside. I'm not sure if you have to do all the King's quests first but I didn't find him until after I had.

You have to choose at the end to become a member of the Kings as your one favour in order to gain access to this barber.
He is the only one I know about.

I have said this before, but I have read somewhere that apparently there is a place called Supercuts in the outskirts of NV where you can get your hair did. I have never found it and there is no mention of it on the wiki so I think its [censored]. I really hope the kings guy is not the only way of doing this.

Yeah bro, it's a pile o' crap. You're not gonna find it anytime soon, if it even exists.

As far as my "research" goes, I suppose that the only barber is that one at the King's.

This is a rudimentary guess.

They may add one in the upcoming DLC pack, hopefully.

It's really lame the only one is with the kings,

because if you side with NCR and want to side diplomacy, having The King curb the violence in Freeside uses up your favor :l
