clinic is right next to crimson caravans gate east side i belive .... but you need a lot of caps 3000 for the cheapest implant i received and i have good charm and decent bargaining skills as well as above average luck so come with caps is all i am saying or its a waste of time

Has anyone else met a lockpick challenge to get in AND out of the Medical clinic?
