its up in the north its obviously a nordic barrow.

I haven't been there yet, but I recently came across a Lurker and the dead body of a "mad man" on the south eastern coast of Solstheim, and when you read the note on the dead mad man's body it updates your map with the location of White Ridge Barrow.

That encounter happened directly north along the beach of the dock outside of Fort Frostmoth.

To the right of the Stahlrim source on the map, and to the left of the Dragon wall, and below Castle Karstaag.
