Legion because I believe they are the right ones to bring long-term stability for the wasteland to rebuild itself out of this anarchistic mess.

If it was my choice NCR. They have already made great progress with old world values like democracy, and rule of law.

House is super smart, and he isn t a bad guy, but very closed minded.

Okay, they have no knowledge of technology. Before they do get to stability(which they would) Thousands of people would suffer caesars wrath and be tortured, turned into slaves or murdered. So when they do get to stability it would be like they were never there because they cant change anything...they have no techonligical knowledge

If I had my druthers, I'd side with the Crimson Caravan. They are interested in one thing: establishing honest trade all over the wasteland. Seems like they could do more for the wasteland than anyone else. I was a little disappointed in how few CC quests there were.

Does that really happen? LOL. I did Yes Mans quests and I never saw that. Course I chose to slaughter him and his NCR Elite rangers.

Honest trade??????? You better ask the 3 caravan companies they destroyed with the Van Graffs about that..... Ohhh wait, they are dead.

And they want to steal the gun runners specs for making weapons.

Far from honset Id say.

Eh, given a choice I'd say Mr. House, only because he's the only one with a long term plan for humanity right now.

Crimson Caravan is a corrupt monolopistic corporation...and I worked hard to secure their interest. All hail Caravan

On a series note the only reason I could never get into the Legion besides the whole totalitarian slaver thing was that Caeser wanted me to submit to him. I take [censored] from NO man..in Fallout.

Mr. House. His plans for Vegas would bring the worlds technology back on track.

@Gabriel- I can't support the Legion, the best way to say why is to quote Ayn Rand, 'A society that robs an individual of the product of his effort, enslave them, or attempts to limit the freedom of his mind, or compels him to act against his own rational judgement- a society that sets up a conflict between its edicts and the requirements of man's nature-is not, strictly speaking, a society, but a mob held together by institutionalized gang-rule.'

It's hard to sit that to read a book and type that out at once

Agreed. I find her ideal very sound. I've got a book with a collection of her essays, and Atlas Shrugged. I've been meaning to read Atlas Shrugged, but it just sits on my bookshelf

I agree Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged was a good read, though the whole Objectivist philosphy is a pile of [censored], but that's a different story.

There is just so much wrong with this...

but back to the OP...

I couldn't choose anything in the poll, so many options are missing.

I would have sided with The Followers if I could have, but I didn't see any option like that open up. I'm not a fan of their doctrine of temperance, but that's purely for selfish reasons (hey, I like to party). My ideal ending would have been to wipe out Legion, send NCR back to California with the Powder Gangers, strike a deal with the BoS, send the Omertas, White Glove Society, and Mr. House packing, kill the Fiends, straighten up the Khans, and let all the little people (Novac, Goodsprings, etc.) keep doing what they're doing. I'd probably do some kind of oligarchy in NV (expanded to take care of Freeside, Westside, etc.) run by The Followers, The Kings, and, of course, Benny. The upgraded Securitrons and BoS could hold the border and Hoover Dam, in case the NCR gets uppity again.
