He's probably my favourite NPC in this game. He puts a really stark contrast to most of the other NPCs you find in the game (ones you speak to regularly anyway).
Yeah this guy too. Luckily he totally disappeared as I was one more sermon from shoving Chillrend up his beehive.

I'm beginning to really, really dislike those two Redguards. Hearing "I don't think this is the one, brother. She doesn't have the scar," over and over is beginning to make me want to rush up to them and kill them before they have to time say anything.

Ancano and all other Thalmor. I fast travel to the Thalmor Embassy every once in a while and just kill everyone outside.

Just recently, I was returning to where I had sighted a hostile dragon (I was occupied and overburdened at the time)... and found that it had aggro'd on a wandering jackboot squad.

I stood by and let it kill/scare off the footsloggers, and then while the Justiciar was occupied, I cast another soul trap on her and then caved her skull in with Ondolemar the Elven Mace. And then killed the drac, of course...

I then went to Whiterun to pull the Thane card to erase my bounty for "assault", getting away scot-free for killing some Thalmor jackboots.

What shall I turn her into, Drakkenfan?

I always end up killing the priest of Talos in whiterun and nazeem. Yes I do get to the cloud district often I'm the THANE! oh and bree

And yes, the guy in whiterun(belathor) is super creepy when you leave. It's the way his voice goes, down to this creepy, hey sixy, meet you later type of deal. I always say, FU, after he goes into creep mode.

Like everyone has been saying Probably Nazeem because he's an arrogant . I'm sure there are others but he's one that I can name off the top of my head.

Dark Brotherhood quest target:

I followed him all the way to Solitude on foot, and he turned down to the docks instead of going in the city and then started walking for..... Windhelm. Being a vampire and trying to stick to being a vampire(I sleep from 6am to 6pm) I stayed in a cave then got up and started chasing after him again. I refuse to use fast travel. When I reach windhelm, he is already walking to Riften. I had his map but he was always leaving when I arrived anywhere. I just quit playing in frustration. Tomorrow.... I'm going to skip to the next city on the list, wait..... and enjoy killing him. I'll probably save, load, and kill him as many ways as I can think off.

That stone-fist guy in whiterun I was honestly hoping for a dunmer to perform the black sacrament for his head so that I could murk him myself.

Deeja ( the Argonian female at the docks in Solitude ), Maven Black-Briar ( really wish I was on PC to take her off the Essentials' list ) Legate Rikke ( I think that's her name, the Legion [censored] in Helgen. ) The snob in Whiterun always going on about the Cloud District.

My favorite NPC is the Khajiit, Kharjo, he's the only NPC who has ever shown concern for my characters when retreiving something for him.
