Which Path to Choose...

Post » Wed Feb 09, 2011 7:21 pm

So I only got NV a couple of days ago and just now I finished the "Ring-a-Ding Ding" Quest and approached Benny, and so on and so forth. Well, so far I recieved the Mr.House path with "The House Always Wins", and the Solo path, the Wild Card quest. I also know there is an NCR pathand the Legion path. So the way I understand it is you choose one of the paths? If this is or isn't the case is my first question. If so, what are the approximate Karma/Reputation consequences of each. And how do I recieve the NCR or Legion paths. Any other advice you have, can you please tell me. Thanks in advance!

Why are people afraid to just make their own choices and let the chips fall where they go? Why worry about the Good Path and the Evil Path? or even "Which outcome is best??"

As far as I know all the endings are Karma independent. You can get a different result if your Karma is good or evil, but all the endings can be achieved with any karma.

Reputation consequence is rather obvious. If you go Legion, NCR will hate you. If you go NCR Legion will Hate you. if you go house, Legion and NCR will hate you.

Before you ask what about House if you go NCR or Legion...
Spoiler
well House will not be around to hate you or like you.
