hi guys i have tried turning off my antialising, my hdr and bloom, reinstalling the game and i have all the latest drivers of my ATI radeon saphhire HD 3870.I have also tried playing with no mods and it still happens.i have tried lowering the graphics but i see no difference.I dont know how to get rid of those Flashing white textures.

That video card is becoming somewhat elderly, and may not be as compatible with the very latest new graphics drivers. Try an older one instead.
