So I was forced to download the patch from steam...After this patch I decide to fast travel because my companions weren't following me. So then when I fast travel to Camp Mccane (Something like that) a ball of light comes up and grows bigger till it takes up my entire screen. Its not a freeze, but my screen turned white. I can use my pipboy, but its all white. Anyone have any idea why this happened?

I'm not getting this, but three times now after I've fast traveled I get a CTD the first time I try to enter VATS. I'm going to try a hard reboot, and fast travel somewhere else first and see if I can clear this, but it's frustrating. The game was working fine before the forced patching.

Tried everything. Removed all mods, didn't fast travel, etc. Still crashed on VATS.

Finally launched only from the "Play Now" button on the patch installer in Steam, and that worked. Playing OK now. Mods back on.

Mine seemed to fix itself when I restarted the game :S. Looks like my white screen was a random problem that has not yet reoccurred.
