Translation: "I'm already married with Vilkas, but now I like Lydia more. What can I do to change that?"

As far as I know, there's no way to get married to another NPC after the marriage is complete (including killing your spouse). But I may be wrong about that.

Of course, you can always load an older savegame...

You might be able to re-marry through the console. I assume you're on the PC because technically the game doesn't give the player an option to marry Lydia unless you use the console.

There is actually a way to marry Lydia using the console or a mod or something (just google it) but I dunno if it's possible to get "divorced".

There is a way to divorce, Go into a secluded spot with no other people. Kill your spouse. Then use the console to reset the marriage quest, and then use the ressurect command on your dead spouse. it will respawn and then return to a default state and leave for their original location. go back to riften and buy another amulet of mara and you're good to go. YOu'll have to look up the consoles command and other stuff

Who can you do it?

I guess you can ask a modder to make you do it with Lidia or anyone else.
