You must do things in order or the quest seems to get messed up. You have to talk to the No-Bark guy, and he'll tell you to search the hotel lobby. The proof you need is in the safe behind the counter, but whatever you do, do NOT take that proof before you talk to No-Bark.

alright, so now that topic has been moved i'll tell you what to do. go into her lobby, break into the safe and take the receipt. then wait until night time (10 pmish) and she should leave the office. once outside, you can tell her you wanna show her something in front of the dino, and then Boone will kill her. go up, talk to boone, he will ask how you knew, and then thats that.
