I have a challenge for all you creative types waiting on the patch or the CK. It's pretty simple:

Make the ugliest character you possibly can. Maybe dress them up. Wear a pot on your head. Whatever. Make it disturbing.

Then take a screenshot post a link to it here.

The prize is the hour you spent having something better to do than reading all the rage on this forum. That is all.

Unfortunately without the CK we can't modify facial symmetry which is crucial to making any humanoid truly ugly. You need an eye on the cheek and on on the forehead with a sideways nose to be able to compete with true hideousness.

Use the basics. There's plenty of sliders that don't play well with one another.

You're talking about making them FREAKS. Trust me, you can make them plenty ugly with the inbuilt tools.
