who is the one person we cant kill? : Fallout: New Vegas

No, it was confirmed that you can only kill everyone but one person. I think it's Yes Man.

Yes Man cannot "die" as such because he can upload his personality to another securitron. Presumably the same is true of Victor though.

Well, you can't kill any of the kids. I found this out by sniping Legion at The Fort. There are a couple of kids hanging out by the drawbridge gate, and from a distance they're indistinguishable from the regular Legion guys. I must have wasted 20 .50mm rounds on one of their heads and went through every swear word I know before finally running up to the kid and discovering the problem. :facepalm:

As for normal unkillable characters, I haven't found any yet, but it could very well be Yes Man. I haven't ever tried to kill him. I love Kids in the Hall way too much to attempt such a thing.

I think it's Victor

I tried to "kill" him when he was in his shut down state in goodsprings (go to his shack after you've seen him somewhere else) but he just fell over, didn't die.

I'll take the word of Senior Producer Jason Bergman that he is, indeed unkillable.

I can tell you that there is one other NPC with whom you can interact and have dialog that you cannot kill. Even when shot and marked as hostile he cannot be targeted in VATS. You will, however become a target for everyone around him.
