People don't seem to know the courier very well. Along with possibly having a ridiculous luck stat to bypass some challenges, they can also be a survivalist with their skills, making food and armor out of local creatures, and turning junk and garbage into ammunition.

I'm sorry but you're missing something called gunpowder which is rare outside of Hammerfell.

All it takes is a flame spell and all your explosives will be your undoing.

If it was JUST these two guys together? Dragonborn would win if he could quickly protect himself and attack whilst protected. Otherwise, the bullets would tear him to shreds, unless Daedric armor is bullet-proof. Even so, technology would give him a hard time. If a bear can tear you up in Skyrim, imagine what an anti-material sniper rifle would do to you. 50 cal bmg, hurrr.

That's fine. Melee and hand to hand are very viable combat methods for the courier as well. That also does not account for the few unlimited ammunition energy weapons in the game either.

Thinking about it, I do not think that either one would be able to conquer the other's world. The main thing that the courier has going for him is his technology and firepower, yet he will eventually either run out, or his weapons will break long before he could probably conquer even one country. He will most likely take out a few towns and probably some cities, but seeing as each city is run independently, he would have to take them all over, one at a time. And once he runs out of ammunition and his weapons break down, he will be trying to fight with melee weapons, against people who have trained their whole lives for that kind of combat. Sure his armor may protect him against bows and arrows, but what happens when he encounters a giant, or a dragon, and is trying to use a sledgehammer? Even with power armor, a giant would most likely crush him. Think about how dangerous they were in the beginning of the game. I have a feeling that the courier would have about that type of combat prowess for most of the time, just since he is not used to having to rely on melee weapons. And even if he found a bow, I doubt he would be able to handle it very effectively. The courier would not be suited for Skyrim, being from the Mojave, and would not know how to handle the severe cold, nor the flora and fauna of Skyrim.

The Davohkiin would most likely be unable to conquer the Wasteland, due to such a different environment and technology. I think he may have a slight chance if he arrived in the Wasteland in a hospitable town, much like the beginning of New Vegas. That way he could learn some about the world, its dangers, enemies and weapons. Plus he does have the advantage of being able to fall back on silent killers, like knives and bows. If people can not hear a shot, they would not know where the Davohkiin was. However I believe the Dovahiin would be slaughtered, either from his lack of technology, or knowledge of the world.

In short, both would be killed, but I feel if it was run a thousand times, the courier would be able to conquer more of Skyrim, than the Dovohkiin would be able to conquer of the Wasteland. However Skyrim would most likely unite against the common threat, much like they did against the dragons, where as the Wasteland has far more factions that would never unite. Just my two cents.
