Who is your favorite companion? : Fallout: New Vegas

I definately like Boone the best because of his perk and the gun he uses. There is nothing like seeing an enemies head pop off from 400 yards away when you never have to fire a shot. I also have mad love for Fawkes.

Cass, i like her quest and just her personality. Boone, ED-E and Veronica are also my favorites. And i was always jealous of merchants in fallout 3 having pet yao guais. And i never really like any of the companions in fallout 3 except for Charon, didn't like having a grandma in power armor or a super mutant following me around but i usually play as a loner so eh.

I picked Boone and Deathclaw. Boone is awesome.

He wanders round looking cool, says 'Thats mine!' and shoot enemies from far away. The best companion a Courier could have.

I also like Lily, Fawkes, Rex, Dogmeat, ED-E and Jericho.

A Deathclaw companion would be awesome!!!!!!!

A Securitron, Alien, Yao Guai, or other kind of robot would be awesome too.

Veronica, no contest. She's hilarious, she's right up there with Boone in terms of most lethal companion, she's got a great perk, and she's a Brotherhood member. What else could somebody ask for?

Cass wins for me hands down. I would have picked Veronica, but she was less then happy when she did 'make me care', and I may have taken things a bit to far :stare: .

As for what Non-Human npc I would like as a companion... Well it has to be another robot. I so wanted Victor as a companion. It really makes little sense that he is not one. Heck if he died on hardcoe you could even 'reload' him by visiting another securitron.

I mean really why would Mr. House not want us well guarded? I do agree he is a little over powered, but you could always pull the 'he is just to far away from his source to be working at optimal capacity' thing.

I want a pet fire gecko companion. Youd have to hatch it at the thorn from childhood. It would have a tiny back pack for it to hold stuff and it would have both melee and ranged attacks being fire breath and bite as well as claw attacks.
That or a nightstalker

My favorite is Raul, followed closely by Arcade Gannon.

I would like a deathclaw companion, as long as they have very powerful melee, but can't use guns. But I don't know if that would make sense in lore.

Yeah Boone is better at killing than rail but he is a miserable profligate, I mean fine you'd be devastated you had to kill your wife, but really thinking it was punishment for your sins? Nah.

Raul's whole family was killed, his sister was brutally [censored] and murdered, so was Rafaela, and he is still a cheery old ghoul. Plus the fact he is voiced by Danny trejo.

And I want a deathclaw companion called mr cuddlesworth.

Veronica there is just somthing about her and the funny stuff she says when she is beating the **** out of people. But the number 1 thing I would want is a yao guai. if the people in fallout 3 could have 1 why cant I :sadvaultboy: .

Favorite is a damn close tie between Raul and Fawkes, Raul wins because he calls me boss. ED-E is the worst, just because he is a pain to maneuver.

I can't believe how many people vote for Boone.

My favourite would be Butch DeLoria. I also really like Sergeant RL-3, Veronica, and ED-E.
I voted for another robot to be added. In fact, I really want a Securitron. Victor would be neat as a companion.

Least favourite would be Boone.

Least favorite is Lily. I like her character, but I'm a sneaky bastard, and her constant "Don't worry dearie, Grandma knows how to be quiet" just ruins it for me.
