whoa, quite the mistake there... how did they miss this?

ok, im doing the thieves guild, and i saw a new recruit, a dunmer... so i talked to him.

...he said he used to be a member of the "morang tong"

yeah, MORANG... its not just a typo, the voice actor actually SAYS "morang tong".

either every single instance of the morag tong name in past games was a typo, or they screwed up here.

how did bethesda record this dialogue and not catch this mistake?

its nothing too bad, i suppose... but its definitely an odd mistake.

I guess there was a typo......the script was sent and because the VA wasn't a hardcoe MW fan, he spoke it how it looks.

Silly mistake, that could have been caused by accident or ignorance.

I just took it for the wierd australian accent they gave him mucking the dialogue, and the dragonborn would say "morang" back in the options because he wouldn't know any better, but yeah its wierd, especially considering he is supposed to have been in a long time according to his backstory

and speaking of accent, what part of tamriel is that supposed to be? or is it just thrown in for variation?

This forum is the very last place you want to bring typos or grammar into a complaint.

So many lines of dialogue, it's easy for it to happen. Being a frequent forum poster, I would think typos wouldn't be that much of a thing to you :P

I think thier accent is more of a cockney (spelling?) british accent myself.

Anyway, with the amount of dialogue, a mistake is bound to happen somewhere. It is not a "huge" mistake.
