You mean A Tragedy in Black? It's a great book, should be a mandatory read for every novice summoner.

Now for issues, go read Palla. That's some weird tale there.

The only books I've read in this game were Cicero's journals. Could someone point me towards the location of this "disturbing" book?

Bruca's Leap Redoubt (The Reach), on the bookshelf.
East of Eldergleam Sanctuary, on a crate surrounded by soul gems
Glenmoril Coven (Falkreath Hold), on a table next to an Arcane Enchanter.
Ilinalta's Deep (Falkreath Hold), in the room with the Arcane Enchanter and Alchemy Table.
240 ft ENE of Twilight Sepulcher (Falkreath Hold)

Copied straight from UESP ;)

Try ''The Lusty Argonian Maid'' then come back
Hey hey now, every single conversation with Uncle Crassius is just as disturbing as the play he wrote!

Exactly. The other lessons include the random encounter with a witch figting a flame atronach, and the burned house east of Riften with a burned cropse and a summon flame atronach scroll next to it.

I remember 'The Real Barenziah' had some interesting findings on male Khajiit anatomy, but I don't recall if that version of the book made it into Skyrim (or Oblivion and Morrowind for that matter) :D

You know I could never really understand the ending. What happened to him in the end. If I recalled correctly, he was just beckoned by a mysterious figure right? :stare:

The books themselves have made it into all three games, but...erm, censored from the original Daggerfall version.

Also, no in-game book will ever be more  inducing than Sermons 12 & 14 of "The Thirty-Six Lessons of Vivec" in Morrowind. None. Ever. The end.

Edit: I accidentally a whole word.

Well, housecats have barbs on their, uh, gentlemen, so it makes sense. They're to trigger ovulation in the female (which is why most queens will hiss, spit or smack the tom after he's dismounted. Glad I'm not a cat!)

Cabin in the Woods is quite a creepy story to have hanging around the orphanage. No doubt Grelod enjoyed scaring the orphans with it.

I loved the Sermons. There's nothing like them in other games and the style really makes the ALMSIVI seem mythical and fantastical.

There's no other game franchise in the world where I'll spend hours just finding and sorting through collections of books <3

I am sure the uncensored version will show up as a mod. It always does.

Most of the in-game books from Daggerfall onward have been rather dark and often depressing.

You think thats dark? Read a certain necromancers set of journals you will vomit...

Kindly elaborate?
