I pre ordered Rage but had to wait an extra day due to delivery problems so I figured I would read the forums and see what everyone had to say about it as far as game play , problems and all that. Early on I saw lots of complaints about not being able to install it, and the game crashing and all that sort of stuff. I was starting to get worried . I am a true PC gamer so I always have no less than 4 sets of drivers for my video card on hand so that was a non issue for me, All I did was cleaned up my drive , A full Defrag and I was ready .
I already had a Steam account so I just popped the first disk in and it went right to the Steam installer and installed the first disk from the disk ( No Download like others have reported) and it asked for and installed the other 2 from the disks . After the install I did the Steam Downloadable content code stuff , started the game , it did do a quick update before it started . It told me my drivers were out of date but my drivers are newer than the ones they sent me to so I started anyway. Everything has run flawlessly .

Thanks for all the complaints early on , it made me make sure my rig was clean, tweeked and really ready for this awsome game with no hic ups .
