What's the problem exactly; it looks fine in the CK but ends up misplaced after you save the plugin, or you can't get the objects in the right place to begin with?
If it's the latter, disable snapping to the grid.
It's the former prob you mentioned.

Also, make sure you're using a clean save. If you're saving inside Breezehome to test then where objects were placed in your savegame will be competing with the new locations, resulting in craziness.

There is an easy way to test with a clean save. At the skyrim main menu, instead of clicking on "continue", bring up the console and then COC to the cell. The game then loads a clean default level 1 character for you to test with
