I purchased this game yesterday, only to find out it doesnt release for me untill may 26th? WTF is this? Your actually selling a game that people can't play for another two weeks? Are you gonna atleast offer refunds?

Brink has released in the USA and all across Europe. Maybe your country has added time for rating or something. I'm not sure of when release is in your area but the game is indeed officially released.

Im stationed in Tokyo and bought the US copy from the military exchange.

Oh and where can I find a list of regional release dates? Most games that come out in the AU are usaully availible for Japan as well.

I could have sworn this steam account was a US Account I set it up before I even moved to japan. Just kind of pissed off that I bought the game was so excited to play it I rushed home and boom I have the game but cant play it for another two weeks. I think thats a pretty big mix up by Bethesda tbh.

You should contact Steam and see if they can assist you. I'm not sure how they decide who gets what when, but if Japan gets is later and you are in Japan, they may not be able to release it there until later. Anyway, no harm in contacting Steam.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter where you first set up the account, only where you are connecting from when you try to buy or play a game. And by where, I mean your IP address.

People from UK are having problems tought because they cant buy the game since steam detect their region and somehow is disabled for them.So i doubt it will work.

Im finding it incredibly hard not to lose my mind, So I waited the two weeks for the game to unlock, the count down is finished and apparently it still isnt released. This is the worst launch of a game I have seen from bethesda, I am really dissapointed atm. I know they arent even gonna give me a refund.
