Thought of Bethesda as a great and creative game company and not as a lawyers driven and money-grubbing something... I really watch forward for Skyrim but this makes it taste really bitter. Do you really fear anyone could confuse The Elder Scrolls RPG with an Card Game which has the title "Scrolls"? Please...
Whats next? Buy some software patents and sue other indy devs?

:edit: Ah, after googling, it's a standard case of conflict over the name ("Scrolls") - but since the news only broke yesterday, there's no information to be had yet and we couldn't discuss it here if there was.
