Would be stupid... but hilarious. Just because it's impractical, doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to do it! If you want to go around with 2 shields and get yourself nowhere, that's your choice lol.

After all, that's the philosophy of Skyrim, right? You choose who you wanna be. Well I wanna be a dual shielding turtle.

No tongue can take the strain of a bow string, let alone 2. Also, your aim would always be utterly crap that way.

Dual sheilds are OP. The player could flap both shields really fast and fly around and avoid most enemies. I am glad they got rid of it.

Actually I remember a video where the developers were talking about different dual wield combos and I specificly remember them saying that you would be able to dual wield pretty much any one handed item you can think of INCLUDING dual wielding shields if you so wished.
