Why can't i find any Inn like this one, and i can't find this woman ?

Most people will say: Why is everyone so concerned about this Woman ?

Well, this is not just about the Woman. Look at the Inn, i never saw any Inn like that.

The only types of Inns i found are :

1- Only one with the type of "The Bannered Mare" (Whiterun).
2- Only one with the type of the "Bee and Barb" (Riften).
3- Alot of Inns with the type of the one in Riverwood.
4- Only one with the type of the Inn in Windhelm.
5- Only one with the type of the Inn in Markarth.

Technically all the Inns in the cities are unique, but all the Inns in the villages look the same..


Why have i never saw any Inn liek this one in the picture ?
And also why can't i find here anywhere? Lol
This is intriguing me..
