Because Bethesda isn't Bioware. They don't throw really bad six scenes into their games, they just leave that to the modders. Heck I'm surprised Skyrim even has a marriage system considering.

Imagine Skyrim with DA:O six scenes. Farkas and your OC getting at it in slow motion while exceptionally gay music plays in the background. Oh and fire. There must be fire somewhere near for dramatic light and shadow effects.

I was simply pointing out that Bethesda doesn't exactly have a great track record of romantic scenes in their games. While Bioware on the other hand...........

EDIT: And I think the reason for no sound is because Bethesda didn't want you to think you were having six with your partner every night. They didn't want you to get your hopes up and think marriage actually works like that.

I'm detecting a lot of people who really want a six mod in this thread.

And on the mention of FUSROHDAH jokes, I'd imagine that being a user of the Voice it would get pretty dangerous to be around a married Dovahkins house at night.

Eventually, there will be mods for the PC version where you cast a spell at your wife and tentacles appear and well... *sigh* Some people watch stuff from Japan too much.

Fallout is an edgier game than TES is. It also had more cussing and advlt language too. TES games have never shied away from six, they just don't get gratuitous about it.

six can be discussed, in a mature manner, as far as the game goes, on these boards. It is just that we can not get into details or provide links to the community made content. We all remember the hubbub over the Hot Coffee issue in GTA years ago. Bethesda does not want to be seen as encouraging these kinds of mods to their games, but they are not going to stop them from being made or used by the folks who want to use them.

On another note, I think a kissing animation would be nice. Its absence is obvious and ridiculous in a certain Temple of Mara Quest-
It's almost as ridiculous as a DAO six scene.
