If we can create armor,weapons,and jewelry what's keeping us from making clothes and the like. Wed just need leather or animal hides for the fabric. Also I think disenchanting should give a chance to keep the raw item.

I agree, it'd be nice to fashion clothes and I believe there are mods out there to do so. If, like me, you are on a console, then I'm afraid we have to svck it up and move on.

For the immersion it'd be nice. But I'm sure the thinking is it's easier to buy clothing at different traders than it is to find some of the higher armors that you can craft. Just a thought.

But yeah, they've got the linen wraps all over the place. I wonder if they were thinking about it but never got around to it.

Yeah they could let us make linen wraps from animal skin

You could take Tundra Cotton to a gin, spin it, then take the yarn to a loom to weave cloth.

This cloak mod for instance uses the linen wraps which actuly makes picking some up worth it. If I have read correctly the other clothing mods do as well but I haven't really cared to look at them.

Oh I'd love to be able to do that... and perhaps make some clothes a bit less dull. And customize it, colors, length, etc. That would be awesome.
