I do agree with you but the Nords of skyrim are largely quite xenophobic and, well . . . . just plain rude to "outsiders", and thats the advlt Nords so imagine how the young Nords would treat the young beast children? Kids can be so cruel.

There aren't any mer children either. In fact, as far as I can tell, there's only Nord children - and there's only like 1 or 2 boy and 1 or 2 girl models - all the boys and girls looks the same to me.

Well, having no Kahjit children is understandable, as they are only traveling merchants in Skyrim. As for Argonians, they are probably taken at birth by the Nords and sold in to slavery.

If I was a mer, I wouldn't leave any kids in Skyrim, well not within the reach of the Nords anyway.

I don't remember where I heard this (meaning it isn't a fact) but I could have sworn it was in one of the games that Argonians need to return to the Black Marsh to have offspring, and that they remain there until a certain age.

That is kind of backed up by the Argonian Lore Page on UESP:

Argonian appearance ranges from reptilian to almost human; this is decided by the amount of Hist sap they ingest as hatchlings, which ceremonially takes place on their Naming Day.

Hist trees are also said to grown only in the innermost parts of the Black Marsh, although the Blackwood Company managed to get one to Leyawiin somehow.

I think the reason there are no Khajiit kids because (IIRC) they are born a form dependant on the moon phases. So they would have to make each form's model.

There are Redguard children at least.
