There's nothing inherently slow about IPBoard, so I guess it's just a case of there being too much traffic for the servers to handle. If Bethesda care about their online presence (which they clearly do, or we wouldn't be here

) that'll get fixed sooner or later.
edit: Unless you mean the page actually
lagging, not just taking a long while to load. That's a combination of the transparent post background, static background image, and that bloody gradient login bar at the top. Check out the forum styles thread if you use a chrome, opera, or firefox, and you can get rid of all 3.
