Navmesh bug in the 1.5 patched skyrim will cause this.

However, be sure you finalized your navmesh.

Be sure you also "Check" and "Border" your navmesh before you "Finalize" it.

When you do it correctly the triangle directly below the load door marker (the yellow rectangle box) will turn green to tell you it's working.

Look at this:

http://www.creationkit.com/Navmesh_Toolbar

"Find Cover Edges" Is finding the borders. The borders are places where NPC who are in combat can use cover to hide.

"Find Triangle" then use the button on that dialog called "Check Navmesh" to find problems with the navemesh

Don't let it automatically fix the problems it finds. Instead have it show you the triangle with the problem and you fix it.

Now push the Check Navmesh button again and keep fixing problem until when you push Check Navmesh is says "No Warnings Found"

Then you're ready to Finalize the navmesh.

(I hope I covered everything)

Everythings clear except the "Finalize" . . you mean finalizing it myself manually ? or is it a function on the menu ?

Last question, when i add some lights in my house, i encounter flickering on certain static objects like walls, floors and ladders and such and by flickering i mean it works fine but when i look at it from certain angles the light stops gicing light on that certain object and it goes dark . . while on some angles it's fine . . pretty wierd . . any idea what's that all about ?

There are a limited number of lights you should have that shines on things like walls etc.

For shadow casting lights keep it to 3 or less lights.

For regular lights you have to remember that they will cast their light *through* walls too...because they don't bounce off of walls.

Even for non-shadow casters try to keep the number of lights in any given area to a minimum.

If you must use a large number of lights within the light's radius there are tricks you can use some of the time.
