Why no one plays with rank 5 char? : Othor Games

I want play with my rank 5 char, full Operative abilities but cant find anyone.
Its boring Create a new one without body type we want, without abilities we want.

What platform do you play on?

I don't play Brink much atm but when I do play I normally use my Rank 5, I only have 2 Characters, 1 at lvl20 and the other at level 6 or so, prefer my main char though, repec'd him a few times to try out different classes nut stuck to the same char mostly.
