Don't shout

Well, you're both right and wrong. Yes, PC users can fix a great many problems using mods and the console. No, they still complain often and loudly

But there's nothing that can be done, really. Console is not coming to consoles (

) for way too many reasons to list here - for one, it's not a cheat tool as so many people assume; it's essentialy a developers' tool and consoles just weren't designed to have it.
The truth is that TES games truly shine on PC. They're incredible in themselves, but their real brilliance hides in mods - they have such an astounding number of awesome mods that enhance the player's experience, they can be shaped and molded to satisfy one's needs. That's why people play them for years - that's why Morrowind still has an active modding community after a decade!
As for bugs and glitches, well, let's just say it's a TES tradition

"Buggerfall" comes to mind, delightfully parallel to the infamous Skyrim quest "Bugged on Ice"... That's why we love Kivan and his Unofficial Patches

I'm not saying this because I hate consoles. I'm actually thinking of buying one for some PS3 exclusives that I really want to play. But if you've been a TES fan long enough, you invariably discover that these games were meant to be played on PC, no matter what anybody says about "console ports". There always comes a moment when we start spending more time in Construction Set than in the actual game
