This is happen when I go with Rex to JacobTown.

When I was doing the side quest "Nothin' but Hound Dog". After get Rex from the king and bring Rex to see doctor Henry there, as soon as I walk in JacobTown, the wild wasteland pop up, some dialogue with Rex appear, I go through it really quick, nothing happen, but when I choose the "Some one fall in the well?" Rex is happy and I also choose "let's check out that well" the wild wastelander gone, and I have search all over JacobTown for that well but found nothing. Is this just another random thing or it is a well some where?
