Well i get the quest slaughter the mercs in the church basemant , search the cop shop and the fire station, arm all turrets but there us not enough NDR Ghouls to spawn 10 Dog Tags to complete the quest

Or there are not enough of the ghouls set to for sure give you the irradiated Tags


any fixes workarounds
