I own Proudspire in Solitude. If I side with Stormclocks - will I lose my home in Solitude?

Also - has anyone successfully sided with Imperials and then purchased house in Windhelm?

P.S. Nothing in Proudspire works. Not weapon racks or Mannequins. Bookcases worked for awhile - now they are glitzed. Can't put more books in. Can't get important books back out. Ouch!

No, it won't be destroyed, and you can still purchase a house in Windhelm if the Imperials win.
