Are the UK and EU treated as the same "region" when it comes to DLC region locking on PSN ?

I bought my Fallout 4 copy from Amazon UK

Since i'm from the Netherlands, i want to buy the season pass from the Dutch PS store.

But will it actually work ?

Well i am playing on PC but i wud assume so since UK is a part of EU so it rly wudnt make much sence for it not to be same region.

PS: googled it and it should be fine Region 2 - Europe,the Middle East, Egypt,Japan,Greenland, South Africa.

Pick your Netherlands copy of a game. See in the back. If it has R2 logo just like your UK Fallout copy, then most likely it can.

We have similar case here in Asia. But games here are separated into: English, Chinese, Multilingual.

If the game is English, then DLC for Chinese version won't work. Now, is there anything like this in Europe?

My suggestion is to ask your game store.

Or open a UK account, download free DLC to any game you have (if there's any) and see if it works on one another.
