Just starting out my Deathknight and was thinking on going to get Volendrung (2H Mace) from the Crused tribe ASAP. First question can this be done about lvl 10-12 (I know you can get the quest but can it be done)? The next one is if it can be done will I be hurting myself by getting it at a low Level?

Daeric artifacts are not level scaled so you can do it as soon as you can, required level is 9, however as recommended level is 32 so you will have an interesting fight.

If it is too challenging, lower the difficulty level to 'weenie' until you get the mace.

I'm not sure if the enchant is better at a higher level. It would svck if it had like 7 charges at level 10. I got it at lvl 30 and it had a fair amount of charges on it.

According to the uesp it has 23 charges always. So yeah knock yourself out.
