I finished the main quest, and then just beat the civil war quest (sided with the Empire). Free-Winter never took the throne as Jarl (found out this was a common problem.) Galmor and Ulfric's bodies stayed too. So I saved, quit, reopened the game. Now Free-Winter is there as Jarl, but the dead bodies are still there. And the table is still full of all the old Stormcloak supportive Jarls. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong with the console command or what, but I can't seem to remove the dead bodies via console. I opened it, selected Galmor's body, typed disable, hit enter... the command goes in but nothing happens, even if I close the console and re-open it. Same deal with Ulfric. I also tried MarkforDelete, same result. Nothing happens.

Just wondering if anyone knows a way to fix this for pc, it's getting annoying.
