Windows Live Account.

Ok, so I while back I told my buddy he could use my Windows live ID to make an Xbox Live account. Well the idiot set the birthdate on the account to where it would register as under 18 years old. Therefore because of Microsoft's insanely stupid child protection policies or whatever the heck it is I can't do a damn thing with my account without having parental permission from a parent account. Well I made a parent account a while back to give permissions to my screwed over account, but I forgot the login information. Since I didn't really use my messed up account for anything but MSN Messenger I didn't really need to give any permission for a while. Well now that I have a windows phone I accidentally put in the screwed over account as my windows account, and because of Microsoft's stupid policies it wont let me delete the first account I link to the phone.

Now since that account is considered a "Child" account I cant even download a single damn app without having parental permission. Only thing is I have no clue what the hell the parent account is for that Windows Live ID is. Is there anyway I can find out which account is linked to that one?
