I wish drinking alcohol and doing skooma would have some eff

Yup, would be nice if drinking had some effects, for example, I drink 5 bottles of Ale, my character would be considered "drunk" and the screen would be blurry, and he would be tripping over when he's walking, and when he swings his sword, he would swing it all lazily. Then, say if he drunk 1 bottle of ale, he would be slightly "tipsy" and therefore the screen might just get slightly blurry, but not all that much.

Also, when my character does skooma, he should be considered "high" and therefore, would be seeing hallucinations, such as phantoms showing up randomly, which you think are attacking you, but actually aren't.

Thoughts/ideas?

In Dawnguard there a new type of skooma called"redwater skooma" and I believe it give you some blurry effect.
