Wispmother

Well, I need wisp wrappings but I've only managed to find one wispmother. I've already killed the ones at frostmere crypt and labyrinthian and I must have not picked up/got rid of the wisp wrappings from them. Is there any locations where I can find more?

They are annoyingly rare. Beehives seem plentiful in comparison.

agreed I ran ran across more wispmothers than I cared to when I had to run away from them, now that I can kill them they are nowhere to be seen.

There's one in Blackreach, if you can get there yet. There's also another east of Peryite's shrine near Markarth. And another on one of the roads leading to Ivarstead (can't rememebr which). And alchemists will occasionally stock them, but rarely and I don't know if they have a level requirement or not.

It seems to me that they are more plentiful in the northern parts of Skyrim. The ones that I have encountered have outside of caverns in the North.

From my experience, I second Verena Wind-Walker. I would also ask why you need Wisp Wrappings in particular? They're one of the rarest ingredients in the game and there doesn't seem to be much synergy between the different effects. Can you just use two different potions?
