Drug dealer! I just found this note on a dead bandit in sleeping tree cave west of Whiterun, near the sleeping tree with the tap sticking out of it.

I can talk the Khajiit caravans into a better price than you'd be able to, and the guards are still looking for you after that little skooma incident. Just bring the sap to my stall in Whiterun like we discussed.

I'm pretty sure that the one that had a trouble with the skoma incident was the dead guy, she had nothing to do with it.
