Is Wonder Woman In Skyrim?

Post » Fri Jun 08, 2012 7:51 pm

Linda Carter is married to Robert A Altman, CEO of Zenimax Media, and voices many of the characters in "Oblivion".

I haven't had a chance to check the credits but does she make an appearance in "Skyrim"?

Cheers

Yeah, she's in the main quest, towards the end. I'll try not to spoil it though.

Although, she's blonde here.

That's great to hear.

I loved her as Mazogah the Orc.

I loved her as Wonder Woman too.

Alas, as I began to appreciate how she looked in those golden stripes...

That's when it went off the air.

Yes, I appreciate her too. I have a thing for brunettes with blue eyes, I guess. She's not as beautiful as Lucy Lawless (imHo), but Lucy is really a blonde.

Do we actually know who is responsible for voicing each of the Housecarls? They're not specifcally credited anywhere.

The only housecarl voice I know of is Corri English, who does the cute voice for Jordis.. and also does Muiri, Elisif, Ysolda, etc..

Cool. Though she looks like a crazy old lady now, she was pretty hot in her wonder woman years.

Linda Carter has a good voice for Voice Acting. She has a rich timbre and can convey emotions effectively. Which is what sets great voice actors from mediocre ones, the ability to convey emotion without using body language. She comes across as a strong caring woman, as in don't mess with me, but if you behave I will take care of you. The perfect example of this type of persona was her role in Sky High, she was riding herd on the super hero teens, she did not take any nonsense, but you could tell she cared.

I did not realize she was involved here. As a big Fan of her in her WW years, that is so cool.

I like her voice, and have liked her since Wonder Woman aaaaaaages ago.

That said, the voice is really recognizable to me, and that was a bit annoying to have on all the Nords and Orcs in Oblivion. Here in Skyrim.... meh. She's miscast. With all the Nords having "Nord-ish" accents, having her voice that MQ NPC is just wrong. It doesn't fit at all.

I remeber growing up and watching "Wonder Woman" good show, at the time.

If I recall correctly she did quite a few or all of the Nord voices in Oblivion.

Agreed she is a very nice woman, met her at a convention once. I never met someone who smiled so much. :D

There are actually two Wonder Women in Skyrim.

Lynda Carter - Who played the character in the 1970's live action series.

Susan Eisenberg - Who voiced the character in Justice League/Unlimited.

No Wonder woman is not in the game. This is a Elder Scrolls game, not some DC comic game. lol I know her voice actor plays a few people in the main quest though.
