Trying to get the word from the wall at Mount Anthor near the Shrine of Azura. Apparently the word is Ice Form (I looked that up) but I can't learn it. I still get the chanting sound and that "rushing" sound effect but there is no glowing letters and the chanting just goes on and on and I cannot learn the word. I already know one word of Ice Form and I assume this would give me the second.

Apparently this is a known issue but I can't seem to find any fixes for it online. Any help would be appreciated.
