This game has a serious lack of checkpoints. That said today I encountered the worst one while testing a 3240x1920 eyefinity resolution out. After the intro movie and your main character gets out of the arc, you meet John Goodman's character. If you don't get into his car apparently he, or someone with a sniper, shoots you! I was just curious to see what would happen but when I pressed load from checkpoint I was watching an intro movie again that I could not skip! Alt+F4 right away.

BTW I play metro 2033 at this resolution at around 49 fps, even at low settings in rage im getting under 30 at times. Rage isn't visually appealing so this is kinda shocking. I know there isn't any eyefinity support, expecially for the wacky portrait resolution that im at, but its not like rage runs that well on any setting on and PC setup as it is so yeah...
