Would it be okfair?

I would really like to unlock a few more perks than are available. Do you think it would be fair (or fair enough) to get extra skill points alternatively, past lvl 81. I was thinking that every time get a certain milestone in a skill (ie: lvl , 80, 90, 100), I would unlock a skill of my choice using console.

Do you think this would be cheating too much?

I want to do it something like this, because I still want to earn my points, rather than just plain old cheating.

It is a single player game. Hard to cheat anybody but yourself, and you're the one that decides what 'cheating' is
