Is there anything that could be improved? I want Hi-End games LIKE F:NV to run smoothly on it.....

Well, first I wouldn't call NV a "hi-end' graphical game...it's more the game engine has issues...but that's another matter. And yes, that should speed up running NV considerably.

Not an expert on things like mobo's so can't comment on that (seems fine to me tho). Possible minor things to note:

--Does this system not come with a video card? I don't see one.
--Better power supply in terms of wattage. 400W is low. Last I knew 600 should be plenty, higher if you're a power freak (mine's 750W)
--Make sure the internal space inside your case is big enough for whatever video card you want. If the case has a lot of doo-dads or bad design w/the bays, an extra long card may not fit. If your chosen video card isn't very long, tho, then not a big consideration.
--I still find SATA drives fine but if you want more data access speed you could try a smaller SSD drive for main/OS drive and use one or two larger/cheaper SATA for the secondary/storage drive. But if you're the type who doesn't like to uninstall programs often & likes giant GB's worth of games/files on your main/OS drive at all times, the SSD quickly becomes very expensive for space ($1000+ for 600GB)
--Today's computers produce a lot of heat, especially w/the vid card. Make sure the case has lots of fans/good airflow. If you want to go fancy get liquid cooling, but generally speaking imo that's overkill for most people/systems, unless you live in a consistently very hot climate.

Well, it doesn't have a dedicated video card, but rather it's utilizing the onboard graphics on the Core i5 2400, I woudn't rely on it to run high-end games at all. This system needs a video card.

For that price range, you can get something from Chillblast:

Change video card to Radeon 5670.
Change power supply to OCZ 500W.
Take away the monitor.

That will run the game pretty decently.
