I just scored Best Overall, Best Operative, Best Engineer and Most Kills in a single game... We lost.
I had the lamest team ever. = /

yeah, ive actually had best of everything cept medic in a single match but lost cuz the bots wouldnt leave the duffle bag in CC alone.

I've made best engie, best soldier, best overall and most kills in one game. As with you, my team svcked, but I still won the game practically by myself. And one of the main rules of Brink is 'Stick with your teammates- lone wolves will always lose'...

To be fair, as long as I buff/disguise a lot, I tend to get Best Class as well. I think all it does is scan the amount of use your abilities get rather than actual effectiveness in game.

I've also noticed that "Best Overall" seems to be more about the amount of Objectives/Command posts you secure.

I must experiment....

P.S Yes I understand that a lot of buffing and securing objectives is far from being a bad thing but still, If I'm a Medic and I'm given the Best Medic of the match award, I would like it to have been because without me everybody would have been a corpse rather than because I buffed health to everyone at the respawn point.

All the "best of"s are given based on the experience you accumulate as that class. Nothing more. Best Overall, is simply who had the highest XP at the end of the match. No experimentation involved, buddy.

It's just sad that I've been getting best class for multiple classes at all. Especially considering I spend most of my time in any game as only ONE class. I'm sure the only reason I haven't gotten Best Class for all the classes is because I don't play as them all, I usually only use abilities from 2 classes per character.
Just... Shocking, is all. -.-;; I wish I had a group of buddies to play with more often.
