I wrote some epic new Skyrim Music for the community

Post » Fri Jul 13, 2012 5:11 pm

Theme Of The North is a completly new Skyrim Composition written by me loosely based on parts of Skyrim's "Dragon Born" song.
It's about a minute longer than my usual tracks, i hope you'll enjoy.

This is a tribute to Todd Howard, Team Bethesda and of course, Jeremy Soule.
I'm very thankful for their awesome work and it means alot to me.

Beautiful sir and or Madam, simply beautiful. I must ask what programs were used in this composition.

I'm not sure what was most epic: the music or the video. You really caught the most amazing sights in Skyrim and added great music to it

This deserves a reward of some sort!

Woah, I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but that was really good. The arrangement is absolutely spot on, very professional indeed. Listening to some of your original stuff too, you can obviously come up with your own tunes (loving that JRPG sounding one 'Come Home', listening to it now) which is a rare talent in my experience; you are a good songwriter or not at all, no in between. If you aren't a paid professional in this capacity yet then keep plugging away as you are more than good enough.

Holy crap Bethesda should put up more player content competitions. This deserves a reward.

Very good if Skyrim had cut scenes (Bethesda should add them, I am sick of the cheezy looking talking scenes) this could be played in it.

When I saw the thread the title I was skeptical, since it's rarely a good idea to claim your own music as epic  but I must say its very good tune and the video well worth watching. Well done!
