WTF blood on the ice.

For some time now I've been trying to trigger blood on the ice quest with no avail. I've tried every available trigger and none will work can somebody please help me I wanna complete this quest so I can continue the dark brotherhood questline. I'm a completionist and killing Nilsine stops blood on the ice. Also I intend to kill nilsine for the special thing. Any help?

Yeah it is not working for me.

If you notice, on their Bugs, they have "Blood on the Ice" as one of them.

We're going to have to wait to do the quest...

So what you guys are saying is I gotta wait for a patch? I thought 1.4 was supposed to fix quest triggers
